ESTABLECEN

1.- OBJETO: Mediante el presente contrato, EL CLIENTE acuerda contratar con EL PROFESIONAL de ISAAC JACOB IMAGE, aquellos servicios profesionales necesarios para la realización de las labores que le sean encomendadas por aquélla a éste en las siguientes especialidades: Diseño Web – Página Básica.

2- INFORMACIÓN: La información para poder completar la página web debe ser suministrada por el cliente en su totalidad, de a ver variaciones en la promoción el cliente debe contar con la factura proforma que justifique las variaciones de este contrato por servicios profesionales, el cliente no puede condicionar el pago total de la página web ya sea en mini cuotas o contrato normal por no tener o enviar la información para finalizar la página y esta haya cumplido el lapso establecido de pago en cualquier de sus modalidades. Es responsabilidad total y absoluta del cliente brindar a Isaac Jacob la información completa de la página web, en caso de no enviar el contenido de la página en el lapso de 22 días hábiles Isaac Jacob dará por finalizado el contrato de la página web. (este tiempo puede extenderse si previamente es indicado con administración).

3-ENTREGA: Se establece un periodo de 22 días hábiles desde la fecha que se hace la orden de trabajo y se confirma que se coordinar toda la información de la misma. 2.- DURACIÓN. El presente acuerdo se suscribe por un período de un año (dominio y servicio de hosting compartido) extendiéndose su vigencia desde la presente fecha hasta el dd/mm/aaaa, pudiendo ser renovado tácitamente por períodos anuales, a partir de esa fecha.

6- MINI CUOTAS: El cliente acepta pagar 3 cuotas por tres meses + i.v.a, una vez realizado el primer pago debe contar 1 mes exacto para el segundo y dos meses exactos para el tercer pago a realizar. En caso de no efectuar el pago de las mini cuotas se establece un lapso de 1 semana para realizar el pago vencido sin intereses, después de la semana si no se efectúa el pago se corre con un interés del 10% sobre el monto adeudado mensual, además de que el sitio dejará de funcionar. Si el pago no se efectúa después de 1 mes se desactivará por completo el sitio y todo su contenido perdiendo así el derecho a la información y al dominio. Las mini cuotas no incluyen mantenimientos.

7- ECOMMERCE: El cliente entiende que el máximo de categorías que Isaac Jacob va a crear es de 10 y la cantidad de productos que incluye la página básica es de 20 productos, en caso de necesitar más categorías o productos el cliente debe indicarnos para que se genera la cotización previamente.

8- MEDIOS DE PAGO: Los medios de pago serán mediante transferencia electrónica y Sinpe Móvil a las cuentas previamente indicadas de Isaac Jacob.

9- PAGO 50Y50%: Al contratar el servicio de diseño web el cliente debe adelantar el 50% por adelantado y 50% al finalizar la página web después de la segunda revisión. Si quedan cambios después de la segunda revisión se harán una vez cancelado el monto total del servicio. El Cliente acepta no condicionar el segundo pago por irregularidades o cambios que se hayan producido cuando se recolecto la información.

10- DOMINIO: El dominio podrá ser transferido a cualquier otra plataforma y pertenece al cliente.
